We are family
Family is always central to any wedding celebration. In essence its what marriage is, standing up and making a declaration you are becoming family.
It was obvious that family plays a huge roll in the day to day lives of Izzy and Ross.  They all live super close to each other, their houses are always open and they often have different members of the family at the table for supper. The moment I arrived to (If I’m honest, I’m not sure whose house I was actually in) I was introduced to so many family members it was hard to keep up.
The church was five minutes down the lane, everybody knew everybody and it was a pretty big wedding, so a jovial buzz rang-out through the hills and mountains, surpassed only by the incredible voices of the Abergavenny male voice choir.Â
Izzy and Ross had their reception at home on the family farm, nestled in between the impressive backdrops of Sugar Loaf and the Skirrid in Monmouthshire. Alongside their friends and family they enjoyed a proper Welsh knees up. With plenty of fizz, oysters and local produce for their guests to enjoy.
Here’s a little taster of what was an incredible day.Â
